At Su By Hand, we take pride in our artisanal craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, we offer returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Email our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.
Prepare the Package
Ensure the items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached, and pack them securely in the original Su By Hand packaging.
Ship the Item
Send your package using a trackable shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our studio receives and inspects the return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
